High Step

I just got my high step along with High Step Training, High Step Circuit, and High Step Challenge. Can someone tell me which of these workouts is good, better, and best? They all look pretty similar. What are the big differences? Any opinions on them?

Hi lederr,

HSCirc is a beginner/intermediate workout. It is the easiest for me.

HST is an advanced workout. It uses core stabilization exercises which are a bit challenging if you're not used to these. There are a lot of leg presses in this w/o. I think the cardio sections in this one are the hardest of the three you mentioned. I like this workout second best but I think it is the hardest of the three.

HSC is my favorite. I like the format but sometimes I need to increase the cardio challenge, so I use the TM for the cardio sections. I think I like this one best because I can go heavier with the weight work than with some other circuit workouts.

It is hard to say which one you'll like best. I am happy to own all of them :D.

HST kicked my a$$ this morning!!! The cardio was tough, tough, tough even though it was short. The hover squates weren't a party, either. I felt so good after I was done. It was a great workout and I am expecting some DOMS tomorrow!
