Hello Cathe! I am a loyal fan of yours, and I have a question, more like a disappointment regarding the high step. I hope you can help me.

I recently purchased the high step in a sports store and it stated that your "High Step Training" video was included. I was very excited, because that's one of the ones I wanted to purchase. When I opened the box, it was "Muscle Endurance." Now, I'm sure I would have no complaints with this video, because they're all great. But I was expecting High Step Training. Was wondering if there's anything you can do? I'd appreciate hearing from you, in any respect.

Muscle Endurance is what the Step Company calls the "High Step Training video" It can be a little confusing, but the Step Company sometimes renames our workouts.

That happened to me, too, when I bought my High Step at Dick's Sporting Goods. I e-mailed the High Step Company (look on your box), and they sent me a FREE DVD copy of High Step Circuit. They did not ask for the ME back, either. So I sold it on E-bay, LOL! They were VERY professional and speedy! :7
