I recently purchased a high step, mainly for the extra risers, but I know Cathe has some DVDs dedicated to using the high step. Can anyone recommend their favorite one from Cathe? I'm willing to expand my Cathe collection.
Other go-to high step workouts for me: Muscle Endurance and Boot Camp Original (on the same DVD, Intensity Series), Legs & Glutes (on same DVD as KPC), and Lower Body Blast.
You definitely made a good investment. That high step will come in handy for you, no doubt! And extra risers are indeed a plus.
Love High Step CHallenge and Legs/glutes. I also like the Leg triset workout in the Low Impact Series. It is a real leg burner in a short workout but is very rarely mention. The music is awful but I always play my own stuff when there is a music off option on the dvd. I also like the Lower Body Blast which is a fun workout. I have high step circuit which is a beginner workout that came with my step. I haven't done the workout.
I guess the only one I haven't got is the High Step Training. I'll go have a look
Cathe has also used the high step in her live class, Cardio leg blast with the high step. What a great workout that was. Don't forget Butts and Guts dvd, one of my fav. lower body workouts.
