High Step Value Package

I need help deciding what to do....

I already own the original club step with 4 risers. I'm interested in buying the high step workouts next: High Step Circuit, High Step Training and High Step Challenge. Should I just buy the package deal and save money? Or should I just buy the high step topper and the 3 DVDs? The package deal interests me bcuz of the money saved and when I watched other video clips, I've noticed that Cathe uses 3 risers on both sides (GS series comes to mind). For those of you that have the GS series, can I get away with just 2 risers on each side? I'm just trying to make a practical purchase and plan ahead for more workouts in the months to come.

Any suggestions that anyone has for me? I'm trying to think of a way to purchase all of Cathe's workouts without doing too much damage to my wallet ;).

I think you need the higher step to get the proper effect of the exercises. I use the 14" fanny lifter from my Firm workouts. Using 14" is very different from the 8" step.

Alternatively, you could buy additional risers for your step. Just a thought - I don't know if there would be a cost difference.

Hi Shonda. I think that the HS value package is the way to go. The reason I think this is because you don't have and are interested in all of the HS workouts. Also, when I bought my HS from target.com I tried to decide whether to just get the topper or the topper with the extra 4 risers. I decided on the topper with the extra 4 risers and I have never regretted doing that. Also, even if you only use 4 risers when doing leg presses you are probably going to progress and want another one or two risers for your HS. I also like having a higher club step when Cathe uses it during weights and almost always have 3 risers on both sides for this. Does this help???? Let us know what you decide.

Hi!

I did get the High Step Value package and it was sooo worth it. It is nice to have all three HS workouts at my finger tips and to have more than enough risers for what I need!

It is a great value!!
Good Luck,
Mary

Thanks everyone for your suggestions; all were very helpful. I do have the fanny lifter and thought about using that for the time being, but I wasn't sure if I could or not.

Karin and Mary...you both answered questions that I had after posting my first message. I thought about it some more and just decided to buy the value package. I think in the long run, it will be the best deal for me. I'm sure sooner or later I would have wanted the topper and/or extra risers, so might as well just buy it now. Thanks for helping me spend my $$$$$ :p

Adri,

The package that I'm referring to has the 3 workouts, the high step topper and 4 risers. If you go the the homepage and click on High Step, it will give you a description of each high step package. You can also buy additional risers if you need them. HTH.

Thaks Shonda! I should have bought the package when I bought my HS. But I'm thinking of buying one for my relative. She needs to workout}(. Thanks for your help!

I just ordered the High Step combo package as well. At first I wasn't going to get the package because I only needed the topper and the workouts (I recently purchased 4 new risers for the Step). Then I remembered that there are times that I have wanted 4 risers each side with the Step (when using as a bench) and couldn't. That and the price cinched it for me, now if it would just get here the same day I ordered it!!!:7
