High Step Training Advanced

Oh no, now I'm scared. I am slated to do this workout for the 1st time either on Friday or Saturday morning. I think I'll push it off until Saturday so that my rest day (Sunday) is the next day.

Monica,

It was my first time doing it. I dare say it's harder than High Step Challenge but I don't mean to scare you or anything! :7 ;) :p

Wendy,

Yeah it's tough, but doeable, barely.

Lol, yup, I didn't make it all the way through the first time and have yet to try it again. I am looking forward to it though.}(

During the last cardio when she does the knee, outer thigh and straddle tap combo on the 8" step I QUICKLY brought that baby down to just the 4" platform when I got to the straddletaps! I was just waaay too exhausted at that point to manage those things on 8" w/o killin' myself!:p

I didn't kill myself on the leg presses so they weren't that bad. I don't like to go heavy on legs anyway and ESPECIALLY not on leg press so I used what Cathe used (10# DB) and made it through okay though it DID get progressively harder w/each set!}(

One arm tricep dips are for crazy people! LOL I wimped out on the last 4 on each arm. :p

The cross over push up segment was like friggin' cardio for me!

LOL Shelly!!!:7 Is HSTA harder than HSC? It was ranked just a little higher on the scale, but what do you think? I have HSC because most of found it better. Should I own HSTA too?

Take Care,
~Adri~

Oh, I CANNOT WAIT TO GET IT!!! Torture, here we come! I need something to tide me over until Butts and Gutts comes out to torture me...

I have attempted to do this twice but on both mornings, I woke up late. I can't wait to do the whole thing. This has become my new toughest circuit workout. I really like the different exercises.

Dooooood. I love HSTA! I do that at least a few times a month. I always hear about people grumbling over the music, but seriously, I can't hear anything over my heart pounding and the sweat in my eyes ;) It doesn't matter to me in that one. I love the unique moves...the crossover pushups, the one armed tricep dips, sit and stands...all that good stuff. Leg press hell indeed, but somehow you love to hate it, me thinks. I may do that tomorrow for a shake up. Has been a while. One day I did this then I did BC after it  Don't tell Shellers. I'd say this and BC are my faves for hour circuit whamees.

Hey dooodettes! I love/hate this workout. I hate to do it, but love when it's done. It's Cathe's hardest, for me, to date.

This has been my favorite for a long time. I'll even do the lower body premix as an add on a lot of times. It's tough for being so darn short.

>Um...Miss Debbie dear...or you friggin' NUTS!?!?!   :7

Didn't you know that? I mean, I have a toddler...DUH :p Oh wait, doesn't that make you nutty, too? Phhhhbt.

I did this only once. I would only do it every once in a blue moon. *peeks outdoors to see what color*
