I want to order this but already have quite a few circuit w/o. I was wendering if it can be substituted for some of the circuit w/o in some rotations. Can anyone suggest videos that this would be comparable to. Thanks!

You can absolutely sub it. Any circuit work will work. This one is fairly unique in that it's very high energy and tough, but so fun.

And you do a ton of leg presses in HSTA - I think total of 90 each leg.

This IS also known for it's leg presses - but for some reason they don't bother me on this one...
