I'm wondering, in the Cathe workouts where she uses the high step...could you just use the risers off of your step bench for the high step? My question is one of timing...is there enough time in the workouts to switch the risers from one platform to another. I would like to just buy the high step platform and one additional riser so I don't have to keep all of that equipment laying about. If a person could just switch the platforms during the workout that would make more sense then keeping 9 risers.
