High Step Outside US/Canada???

Hi Cathe or SNM!
I was just wondering if those of us who live outside the US/Canada would be able to purchase all of/parts of the High Step? There seem alot of International Cathe fans who would value the opportunity of being able to purchase this piece of equipment. However, despite an earlier post from SNM asking for International buyers to email them for shipping costs (which I did, only to be told it was not possible for SNM to ship the High Step) and now CK Sales are unable to obtain it, our options seem limited. Is there anywhere that International buyers will be able to obtain the High Step?

I think www.fitness1st.com will be getting the High Step sometime this week. According to them, if you are willing to pay the shipping price (and possibly the other custom costs), they will ship internationally. Good luck!

I live in Hong Kong & I ordered just the High Step Topper for US$22.95 + shipping from Fitness Wholesale. FW shipped the topper to me last Tuesday so hopefully should be here by the end of the week. I also bought my Bosu from FW & it arrived here in 10 days & their customer service is excellent!

Well now, I paid US$36.50 to get the topper shipped to HK (I know more than the topper cost) but I just had to have it I think conversion to UK Sterling is around 22.00 pounds but not sure if you have to pay extra for UK import duties but hopefully FW will give you that info.

I used the high step earlier with the Pyramids & what a difference it makes - well worth it!!!

Hope you get a reasonable shipping quote & will check this thread tommorw to see how you got on:7

I paid a total of $42.30 (topper + shipping costs) from FW for shipping the topper to the Netherlands. Haven't received it yet, but I have ordered from them before and have never had problems.

Thanks again for that info! I have asked FW and Fitness 1st for a quote based on the high step only and for the high step plus 2 risers, so we'll see what they come back with.
Does anyone know how the toll free number works? The number for FW is 1-800 FW ORDER - sorry to sound thick, but how does this work??

Willow~Here is the 1-800-396-7337. The numbers just coincide with the "letter" it falls under. Does that make sense? Doesn't matter! ;-) That is the number. Good Luck you guys. FW only charged around $8.60 to send one all the way to Italy! GREAT DEAL!

Debbie - Thanks again! - I guessed it was something like that, but wanted to be sure in case I ended up dialling a completely wrong number, Lol!

Hotchick - I have just had an email back from FW asking me for my full address details, which I omitted from my original email (DOH!), so I would hope to hear back from them again tomorrow. I'm surprised they haven't responded to you despite 2 emails! Is it worth phoning them on the toll-free number? Let us know how you get on!

Yikes, I am sooo sorry. I posted the WRONG toll free number! It is 1-888-396-7337 (Not, 1-800) So sorry. Most of our toll free numbers are 1-800 numbers. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for that - I did kind of figure this out as when I rang the number there was an automated message saying that I would be charged for the call so I just assumed that there was no toll-free number for callers outside of the US. Thanks for posting the correct number!
For anyone who is intereted, I have been quoted the following prices by FW for shipping to the UK:

1) High Step Topper ONLY: $22.95 Shipping $35.00 Total $57.95

2) High Step Topper Plus ONE Riser: $32.95 Shipping $41.00 Total $73.95

3) High Step Topper Plus TWO Risers: $42.95 Shipping $47.00 Total $89.95

I already have 4 risers, but as I am ver tall (6ft) I am thinking I will definitely need another riser, and possibly 2? What do you guys think?

I am still waiting for a response from Fitness 1st!
