High Step DVD recommendation needed

Cathlete
I was looking at her 3 high step workouts and they look like exactly what I need. Can anyone evaluate and rate them for so I can make the best decision as to which one(s) to get? I still can't get my Media Player to work so I can't see her clips. I've seen 2 of them on Collage but I understand that Cathe gives more detailed clips than Collage. Thanks for the help! :)

High Step Circuit is very basic.

High Step Advanced and High Step Challenge are geared more toward intermediate-advanced exercisers. They are both very good, although a lot of people seem to prefer HSC because the music is better. HSTA, however, has great cardio and LOADS of step-ups if that's what you're looking for. IMO, you can't go wrong with either, and you'll eventually own both, so does it matter which you get first? ;-)

All of Cathe's workouts are rated on this site, I think it's the sticky posted at the top of this forum.

Good luck,
Marie

ETA - Yes, it is the sticky at the top of this forum. Cathe's updated guide... this ranks the workouts based on member surveys. Good luck!

OK so forgive me for this question. What sticky are you talking about? I'm looking at the top of the forum and can't figure out what you mean. Just remember, I'm a newbie here, lol.:p

The very first post on the main page of video & dvd questions and comments is called updated "ultimate guide to Cathe's workouts" and it rates her workouts by intensity level

I hope this helps :)

I just wanted to say that High Step Circuit is a great workout too. It is beginner, but you can increase the height of your step and use much heavier weights. The workout is very well thought out and I love the flow of it. I actually got this DVD with my high step that I bought from www.target.com and tried it and was completely suprised. It was really fun and tough if you use a 8" or 10" step and 10 to 15 lb weights.
