High step circuit - first time

I finally tried High Step Circuit for the first time at the weekend and loved it. I've had all of the high step workouts since each one was released but was reluctant to try them because I don't have a high step. Well it worked fine. I have an old step and used the end of this plus the end of my new step set at a different height, so I had no changes to make. I think I could really get into the high step workouts, they are very varied and the time flew by. :)
 
I love all 3 of Cathe's high step workouts. My favorite is HSTA, but like I said, I love all of them. And I agree - the time flies!!!
 
I did HSCirc last night too. The first time I did it, I found it very challenging. It was a breeze last night and I considered it to be a very light workout. I must be getting fitter! Yeah! I do plan on buying additional HS workouts, and the topper, just not right now. I love the circuit type workouts the most. It is so easy to get carried away on buying all of this Cathe stuff! LOL!
 
This is a good workout and has some good premixes--the legs/cardio one is my favorite.

If you have plenty of step risers, you can buy a high step topper all on its own and I don't think its very expensive.
