I cant do leg presses or squats/lunges. If I modify say do some side leg kicks/kickboxing moves for the leg presses and the squat/lunges during some of the compound moves is this dvd still advanced? And, are the upper body segments that much different from her other stuff to justify this purchase?? I own all of Cathe's stuff except this last round of new dvds. Please don't just tell me to get it for the sake of getting it, I'd like some sound advice you money spenders, lol!!
