High Step Advanced Question....

I cant do leg presses or squats/lunges. If I modify say do some side leg kicks/kickboxing moves for the leg presses and the squat/lunges during some of the compound moves is this dvd still advanced? And, are the upper body segments that much different from her other stuff to justify this purchase?? I own all of Cathe's stuff except this last round of new dvds. Please don't just tell me to get it for the sake of getting it, I'd like some sound advice you money spenders, lol!!

Here is the leg work in this DVD: leg presses in every cycle, sit and stand squats, hover squats, plie squats. And the cardio is plyos, power scissors (which are even worse than lunges for your knees), spike lunges, and power 15's. Honestly, it would be a waste of your money to buy this, you couldn't do most of it.
The only new move on upper body is cross over pushups. I don't think that is worth getting the DVD for! It is just doing uneven pushups with one arm on the floor and the other on an 8 inch step.
