Okay, I have the Firm's Fanny Lifter. But as I've seen a few people post, those leg presses are not that tough especially if you've done them for a long time. My question is, (I am 5'3" I use heavier weights than Cathe on the leg presses typically), should I buy the Hight Step with an extra riser to make it 16". I know Cathe is shorter than me. Also, I think she uses 16" on one of her WO but I don't know which one. The screen gets too blurry when I try to count the risers.
