high reps ub premix ?

is the workout manager wrong with the chapter listing or does the UB premix really not have back? I am thinking of adding this to my rotation as a UB workout but i need back in there so wondering if i can use the premix or if i have to play the normal program and just skip the LB parts?
 
You are correct - the UB premix does not have back in it. It's still really good either way. I usually just do it as is, or throw in some extra band work and a few rows or something.
 
You're correct -- it does not have back. I usually do the premix that puts UB first. That gives you back and you can stop when it goes on to LB. It works just like an UB premix.
 
Oh awesome thanks...I where up just skipping through lb since I didn't see this until now...my chest and arms are killing me today!!
 
It's one of my all-time favorites of Cathe's strength workouts. I'm always amazed that the 5-pound weights are such torture at the end of the triceps workout! Amazing!
 
That is correct. If you select the Upper Body First premix it includes back. Then just stop or skip to the cool down when the upper body is finished.
