I have noticed your weight loss amount going up the last few weeks. I was going to reply to the thread about the DVD chapters since someone else brought it up. I decided however to try and let that thread die.

What kind of diet are you following? I lost 35 lbs about 2 years ago and can't seem to get the last 5 pound or so off. (I'm more concerned about inches than pounds. I have increased the intensity of my workouts in the last two weeks, but haven't seen results yet. I know a probably need to give myself another week or so but I also think I need to shake up my diet a little. I eat about 1500-1800 calories a day. I try to eat a 50-25-25 plan. 50% carbs, 25% protein, and 25% fat. Any ideas??? :-hmmm
