Hi Ladies ,I'm trying to come back

Hi Ladies , I've only done 3 workouts in 3 weeks x( .If I dont get one in today .I have a rotation set up for MONDAY !!! .Things are going OK between me and hubby . Please pray for me !!! Its a long road to recovery ,dont know if I have the energy ,,,,But I gotta get back to taking care of me !!!!!!:) :) :) .I haven't gained any weight ,but I notice I'm getting some jiggle back !!!!I'm hopping my muscles come back fast ...Anyway Hugs to all of you .

I took over a year off due to family crises and kept trying to come back but I just couldn't focus on it. What FINALLY worked for me was a CTX rotation. I'm now on 3 mos back.

The thing I would say is don't push yourself too hard at first and know eventually you will come back. I also found my body responded a lot more quickly than I expected.

Thank you all very much. I did A Live Tae Bo yesturday .It felt great ... Today I'm shooting for Imax 3 ..I'm gonna try my Hard core rotation .On fat loss ... Hoping the cardio helps me !!! Kick in those ..good endorphins.. And thanks for being there for me ..you all help me !!! Will keep you posted .... Hugs
