I'm new and wanted to introduce myself. I'm a mother of two, trying to get back in shape. Before the birth of my son, I worked out religiously, with either Cathe's video's or running. Well, it's been 11 years since then and I'm about 25 lbs. overweight and am in horrible shape. I was so excited to find Cathe's website, have dusted off the old Step in Motion videos and started today. I also ordered several new DVD's today. There's nothing like a new workout to keep you motivated. I've worked out off and on through the years, but can't seem to stick with it. I'm hoping some of the enthusiasm I've seen on this board will wear off on me.
