yeah, I'm not sure what's going on but for the past few days I've gotten an "error" message a few times when trying to access my own hotmail account?
Some messages get through just fine, others must be "bounced back" to the sender for whatever reason. But I check in here so much you can always grab my attention here, then I can email you or post here.

p.s. Anna, if Bodymax is one of the videos you're waiting on, it's a good one to plug in to one of the "total body" days. It takes care of your cardio + weights for the day. And until you build up endurance to go the full 90min without stopping, you can always do the cardio first, take a break, get a morning snack (fuel for weights segment), then move on to the lower body circuits and upper body portion, which with abs is only 60min.
I don't think I included the total body workouts I use, but even if you don't have them, you can just adjust with whatever you do have.
For that particular rotation, I use: PowerHour, BodyMax, CircuitMax, BodyPump, and Reebok Circuit Challenge. I just alternate the videos throughout the 6 weeks. As long as you're using endurance (faster pace) style/circuit style workouts, it fits! :)
And when you do get CTX Series, the first thing you'll say to yourself is, "why did I ever wait on these?" They are phenominal "plug ins" with any rotation. The cardio workouts alone are worth the $.

Hi Donna,

I was wondering if you could send me your fat-burning rotations also. I'm trying to melt off this baby-fat that got leftover from my pregnancy. (Aren't we all?) I've read yours and Honeybunch's success stories many times over, you two are my motivation. I read your post at the "A little bit about ourselves" and I think its get that you want to start helping out us 100+ pounds overweight people there are a lot of us out there that need it. If I lived anywhere nearby I'd be one of the first to sign up. I'm currently 250lbs and I get so discouraged at how slow the weight seems to be coming off. So, I figure I just need to amp it up a bit and just literally blast off this weight. I know its going to take probably over a year to drop the entire 100+ pounds to get down to a healthy size. However, I just need something that I know will force my body into letting this weight go. This way I know I'm starting to burn the fat off, and i.e. won't get so depressed everytime I step onto my scale. My e-mail addy is: [email protected]
