I am so exciting to hear that you will be filming new workouts for 2007. In case you film the boxing series this year, I would love to see the boxing instructor from your place do a segment. Also, instead of using heavy bags, why not use hanging bags, less wobbling around. Also, add a small segment of jump rope as well. Have a wonderful day Cathe!!!!!!
