I was wondering who sang the song "Amazing Grace" that you used as your cool down. It was beautiful and very relaxing. You look great and thanks for sharing your classes with us all who live too far away to attend in Jersey!!

Hope you worked up a sweat with us this morning

! You are not alone in your request. After every class I have quite a few people come up and ask me the same thing. Unfortunately I don't have the name of the artist listed on my tape. It only lists the song title. I'll do some homework and see if I can find out the artists name. I LOVE THAT SONG......it makes my eyes water and gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. What a beautiful and moving song!
