I do have a question. For 4DS Chest & Back I'm finding that for some of the back exercises I'm now able to go heavier that what you're using. Specifically 1-arm rows (35lbs.) and incline pullovers (25lbs.) Is it ok to lift that amount as long as I use good form? I'm really surprised because my back (and shoulders) seem to be getting stronger a lot faster than other areas.
