Rhonda and Beverly- I got away from the freestyle training, and I think it was a big mistake on my part. I have been back on the Aug. 2004 rotation, loosely following it. I have been adding more cardio, and more UB, but I am finishing week 4 this week. Monday I am going to weigh and measure, and hopefully my hips and legs will go down. I will keep on this w/ the new Hard Core when we get them!!!!

I am really happy so far with my results although I am doubling up on my exercising, but I figured my kids are grown and the kind of job I have allows me to exercise at night at work, so I do have the time to put into it.....
right now my lower waist is 29.5 inches, the fullest part of my hips are 35, I am working toward either 34.5 or 34. I am almost back to where I was before I went on vacation, except that I weigh 107 instead of 101, but I want to lost just 2 more lbs and that is it.
I am 5'2" so I know how far I can go without going to far....
Anyway, I will try my best to keep ya'll posted on my progress too.
I didn't order hardcore, but I think I will order the ABS part sometime next month. I did order Billy Blanks Ultimate ABS and BUTT DVD on ebay.... should get it either today tomorrow or friday....

I know you posted a freestyle workout routine on here but I cannot find it. Would you mind posting it again or leading me in the right direction for it. I wanted to print it off but now I can't find it.

Let me know what workouts you have and how many times per week you do legs now.

Also, your fitness level, if you run and how many day a week you work out.

I can give you better suggestions after that.

Yes, you guys, I am back on Free Style!!!! Why I quit, I don't know!!!! I weighed and measured today after doing Cathe's Aug. 2004 rotation, and I lost 3/4" over all of my body, except my stomach, I lost 1". I am never leaving Free Style again!!!! I also lost 5.5 lbs. this month doing WW's. I am VERY happy!!!!

Hi Beverly,

I would consider myself high intermediate. I do Cathe workouts (PLB DVD, L&G DVD , KPC DVD, Cardio Kicks VHS, PS Legs VHS, S&H Legs VHS). Right now I only do legs once or twice a week. I do cardio every other day. I am following the BFL way right now where you do HIIT for cardio. I have just added in the walk/run routine but I am not a big runner at all. I am getting all Cathe's hard core also. Hope this helps, let me know if you have further questions.

Hi Rhonda,

I did not forget about you.

Here is a suggestion to incorporate freestyle.

Mon: L&G and short cardio (run/walk)
Tues: Cardio Kicks
Wed: PLB
Thurs: PS L&A floor work and cardio
Friday: KPC and L&G premix (I like the 82 min one)
Saturday: cardio
Sunday: rest

You can continue doing the HIIT cardio if you want. Kickboxing really gets the legs and glutes.
