Hi Beverly,
I would consider myself high intermediate. I do Cathe workouts (PLB DVD, L&G DVD , KPC DVD, Cardio Kicks VHS, PS Legs VHS, S&H Legs VHS). Right now I only do legs once or twice a week. I do cardio every other day. I am following the BFL way right now where you do HIIT for cardio. I have just added in the walk/run routine but I am not a big runner at all. I am getting all Cathe's hard core also. Hope this helps, let me know if you have further questions.
