Hi all.

Kathy02

Cathlete
I just thought I would quickly drop a line and say hi. I had my ultrasound at 9 weeks. Once again, I lost the baby. So, I am done trying for a little while right now. I think I will go and see a specialist. Not htat they will be able to tell me anything more, but maybe, just maybe they will perform some tests and figure out what is wrong. I may be grasping at straws here. The doctor said that there is one good thing going for me and that is that I have had one successful pregnancy already, so my chances are good that I will have another. I am just bugged and want to find out why, ya know.
P.S. Has anyone heard from Melanie lately? Are you still out there Mel? She's due in just 5 days, I can't wait to hear from her when she has her baby!

Kathy, so sorry to hear about your loss. A specialist sounds like a great idea to get some answers. You may also want to see a counselor to help cope with your losses. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you.

Hi Kathy! I don't even know what to say. I am so sorry! You're right though, maybe a specialist can shed some light on the subject. Good luck to you and my thoughts and prayers are with you!!!

I send my regrets and sympathy to you and your family. I hope you are doing (and feeling) well!

Oh Kathy, I am so sorry for your loss!! There are no words to ease your pain, so all I can offer are my sympathies, thoughts, and prayers! Take care!

Kathy--I also am so sorry that you have to go through this trial once again. I think that seeing a specialist is a good idea as well, so you and your husband and doctors have as much information as possible. You have been in my prayers and will continue to be.

take extra good care of yourself

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I am going to be trying to get back in shape here while I try to figure out what is going wrong. At least that will keep my mind buisy.
We also went out and got a puppy this past weekend. He is definately keeping me buisy. WE had been wanting to get one for a couple of years now, so we finally just decided to go out and get one. He is very cute, a yellow lab, he's about 10 weeks old. My son loves him, we named him Bowser.
You all take care!

Kathy

Kathy,

I am very sorry for your loss. I lost a baby a couple of years ago. It was a very difficult thing to go through.

I don't mean to butt in at all, as I'm sure that your Doctor has looked at everything, but is it possible that you need to take progesterone until you start your second trimester? I think that's the hormone that some women need to take to sustain their pregnancy. It's been awhile since I read over all this stuff.

Best of luck to you.

Take care.

Stacey

Hi Stacey, you're not butting in at all. I actually was on progesterone this time and still lost the pregnancy. So, I'm on to the next thing. And I guess that will be testing to see what is wrong. They hadn't really done that yet, so now I will be going in that direction.
Thank you for your concern though!

Kathy

I am so sorry for your loss. My closest friend has went through this and I saw how painful it was for her. Please know we are thinking of you.

Kathy~I am so sorry to hear this. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you go through testing. Working out will definitely help keep your mind busy plus release some "feel-good" endorphines. Keep us posted. Thinking of you!

Hi Kathy,

Just wanted to let you know how sorry I am for your loss.

I also have a close friend who had a child and then repeated miscarriages. It was just devastating.

Wishing you and your family all the best!

Erica

Kathy, you will be in my thoughts and prayers. And we'll pray for wisdom in finding a doctor/specialist who can provide some answers and help. Please keep checking in let us know how it goes.

Puppies are fun and challenging and should keep you plenty busy. We have 7 of them right now, but 4 will be going to loving homes soon.

Again...I'm so very sorry.
