Hi all, my heel is feeling some better had a thought......

this morning I did a premix off of KP&C and in order to get more workout for my buck and to allow my heel to not be overtaxed, I put my wrist/ankle weights on my wrists for the workout. They are 1.5 pounds each (3lbs. total). This gave me more of an upper body workout allowing my legs to not have to work as hard thus saving my heel.:7 Yesterday was a weight day and my heel didn't hurt at all, all day. I was a happy camper :D . So anyway my point being that if you want more of a workout add weights to your wrists for all the punching and jabbing and see how much more you feel it during and after the workout:) . I am not sure I would be able to keep them on if I did the whole workout in its entirety. The premix I did was only 42 min. and some of that was abs.
