Hi Cathe,
If you can't promounce my name, just think of how the letters in the alphabet are pronounced... A, D, R, but the I is pronounced like an E. Then put it togather. I hope I explained it well. That's the best way I can think of without saying it.
Anyway, I'm talking to my Mom about taking a trip sometime to your Fitness Club sometime. I'd really like to meet you! But I guess everyone does

O, by the way I just wanted to ask you one question... What do you think is the most important nutrient and/or food group that I should really be eating more so of, but not over acssesive, just enough for my age 14, my weight 86, and for my activity level?
My Mom says that carbs (the healthy ones like whole grain and multi-grain bagels, breads, crackers, ect)and protein (like from protein bars, healthy turkey and ham, ect) are more of what I should eat because of how much at work out at the gym, and how much/hard I work at Gymnastics. Plus because of how I need to have energy because my coaches are SOOOOO damanding! But I would just like to know your opinion of what foods are important for me.
