...my fantastic Tuesday night spin class instructor, a/k/a new member GymGem, to our "Educated Crowd" of Catheites! I found out last week (when I went up after class to explain to her that I had slogged my way through class without my usual energy because my poor legs and butt were still dead tired from the August Road Trip) that she's a huge Cathe fan!! I've persuaded her to join us here and to share her success story with you all, and listen, you just would NOT believe the transformation this beautiful gal has put herself through in a very short period of time. I am hoping she'll post some pics for us on her profile page.

That is, except for Tuesdays from 6:15 - 7:15 when GymGem is cracking the spinning whip.
