Hey SNM - my rhythmic step is warped

I was so excited to see the UPS man come, but when I opened the box my rhythmic step plastic case was was severly bent. I opened it and tried to put the DVD into the player, but the disc is also warped and the player can't spin it evenly and read anything. How do I exchange it?
