Seriously, it is rather pathetic. I am fried after only a few sets of push ups/pull ups. And that is after the pathetic few that I can do. AND, I am modifying the pull ups and end up modifying push ups. I think I will excel more when I get to the arm ones.. I am nicely sore today after Chest/back and ab ripper. It was nice adding the S&H warmup on. I just don't feel warm enough with Tony alone. I can see how this series is a butt kicker though. Nicely sore today after only doing one round. I have decided that that is how I should start out for a few weeks, to make sure I don't get injured and my body can get used to those full body high intensity exercises. I was just too wiped when trying to do the tapes in their entirety.

I took a rest week last week and subbed S6 instead of the P90X rest rotation and I pulled a muscle in my back! ROFL! I shoulda stuck w/the P90X rotation.
I just love it tho, to me its the ultimate, pullups and all. But then I love pain.
