<---is tired now having taken Sydney to the dentist after minding the the neighbors dogs, plants and doing a double CTX mishmosh of 10*10*10* and Step/Intervals with weight work and the SJP step only cardio add on
<---weeps that the house has fallen apart and she must get back to that never ending @$#$^&$#^ drudgery
