Hey Lori & Randi!

That is an intersting tid bit about WW. It seems they would just stick with the program if it works for so many people. Why keep changing it up? Let me know what you think of this E-Diets when you have tried it out for a while.

My mind and body were asking for a rest today so I obliged. I will start up again tomorrow with PS SL&A.

Randi, reading your posts gives me an idea of what trying to keep a work out schedule will be like once I have little ones. You do a great job.

I just finished PS SL&A. With the rotation I'm following I have been able to up my weights every time. I was so tempted to do a short cardio afterwards today but my legs could not have taken it. I think that is a good sign b/c my intention for separating cardio from strenght for a while was to see if I could lift heavier without burning out. I haven't lost weight as the diet continues to not be the best but I haven't gained either so that is a good thing since I have decreased my cardio. After this to shake things up I may do Cathe's July rotation.

My hubby is about to do BC....or a couple of cycles anyway...tee hee.}(

Congrats on upping your weight! Lately I've found that if I wait to do cardio after lower body I'm too wasted to finish. I do cardio first and it acts as a nice warm-up for the leg work.

I ordered the Leanness Lifestyle book and got a free 30-day trial of their online program. I logged in tonight for the first time...interesting so far and I think it will be useful if I actually use it properly.

Tomorrow the plan is shoulders/tris/bis, cardio and abs at the gym in the evening. I have a dentist's appt. in the morning.

Hi Ladies!!!!! Boy, this walking is GREAT for my thighs and butt. It has been so sore for the last 2 weeks, it is unbelieveable. I did do PLB this week, with very heavy weights. It is not a favorite workout of mine, but so many people on hear rave about it, I decided to try it lifting very heavy. I really got a good workout.

My #### Tzu, Rosie, is in heat. This is her 3rd heat. We have been waiting, we are going to breed her. I have been praying she would not go until next week, as it has been 7 months from her last heat, because I am going to Fort Worth for 5 days July 28th for Rally. Well, yesterday, she started, and you breed them on the 14th and 16th day, and 14 days from yesterday is July 28th. I was just going to take her back and forth for those 2 days, so she would not have to stay there. We didn't want her to be gone, she is our baby. But, with my husband working, he is just going to take her and leave her there for 2 days. A friend of mine in Premier who breed Pomeranians, said it would probably be better that way anyway. She said she will be so interested in bredding, she won't even notice we are gone.

Well, I tried Stepping Zone(Christi Taylor) from the library and did really great with the first two step combos. About 15 minutes in I got completely frustrated and lost so I popped in SB then I did SJP abs and stretch. I had a great cardio workout. Next weekend my best girlfriend will fly in from Michigan. I'm very excited to see her again. She will get here Friday night and leave Monday morning.

Lori, I just figured out ####Tzu...tee hee. I used to have a ####Tzu. His name was Otis.

Randi, I know several people on the Ya-ya's have had great success with leaness lifestyle. Good luck and let me know what you think! I guess it all comes down to will power and wanting to change bad enough...bleh! :p

I did shoulders/tris/bis and cardio at the gym - 30 min. roping and 30 min. treadmill. I still need to do abs.

I had the hardest time getting started today....a little head cold or sinus problems or something. BUT once I got started I couldn't stop. I did PUB then Step Fit. Step Fit was very enjoyable and was perfect for light cardio. I did the stretch from L&G.

Randi, roping is hard isn't it?! Good for you. I totally can't wait until next weekend!

I did not put #### those in for that word??!! At first Angela, I had to go back and reread what I wrote. I could not figure it out!!! I understand why the moderators did it, but I was innocently talking about a dog. Well, my EDIETS stinks. The food is so low, I am starving. I think I am going to go back to counting points. I hate dieting, I don't know why I feel I have too. I have ALWAYS gone back to WW's when ever I felt the need. I am going to look thru all of my stuff today, I think I am going to do Winning Points instead of Flex Points. I did not work out yesterday, or I am not going to today. I am so miserable. My stomach has at least 10 extra pounds of water in it, I am so swollen, and I hurt, I keep geting terrible hot flashes, I am miserable. I did not go to church today either. Hope I am better tomorrow.

Oh Lori, I hope you're feeling better by the time you read this. Take care of yourself. It doesn't sound like e-diets is working for you. Can you get your money back if you discontinue the program?

This morning I took an awesome kickboxing class - we did circuits with jump ropes, spinning bikes and the heavy bags for second half of class. It was so much fun and tough! I'm going to have to try spinning now. It was very hard for me to do.

Yesterday I did lower body and a 40 min. interval w/o on the elliptical. My leg workout was tough and the biking today really burned my legs.

This week will be a little difficult - we are staying over night Sat. and will be gone all day into Sun. so I'll have to workout at home two days this week.

I rested today.

I hope you are feeling better Lori! I'm sorry to hear that you don't like e-diets. I find when I'm actively trying to lose weight that I'm usually somewhat hungry...boo hoo! Of course at this point in my life I'm afraid that I'm not hungry at all. Tee hee.

Randi, your workouts sound awesome girl!
