AS IF you arent busy enough, but I had rotation suggestion that if you have time to give some thought to, would be much appreciated. I was wondering what you might come up with for a Low Impact rotation that would also incorporate non-squat-non-lunge-non-leg press leg work for those of us who have knee issues, but would still be intense enough to burn cals, and give some nice defiintion to the upper body as well. I'm basically tired of my same old same old and would love to hear something intense that someone else might come up with. I have all of Cathe's workouts, a stationary bike, and have incorporated some of my own floor work as well.
