Well I need to lose alot of body fat (~15 lbs scale weight). I cant do much high impact cardio b/c I need knee surgery and that also includes squats and lunges and wouldnt ya know it my lower body is my problem area. For reference I did 10/10/10 yesterday and my knee is only slightly uncomfortable, but if I did 10/10/10 3 days a row, my knee wouldnt like me much.
I'm open to anything you can come up! I have all of Cathe's dvds and I have a recumbent bike. Thanks!!
