Hey coffee lovers

I'm not into Pumpkin flavor but I DO love lots of flavored coffees and lattes and frappacinos and all of that fancy stuff! :9 As far as regular coffee goes, strong with 2 sugars and cream is how I prefer mine! :)

I like my coffee like I like my men: hot and sweet!

I tried the pumpkin spice latte this morning but it was a tad bit too sweet and now I think my tummy is paying the price! But it was good while it lasted!!

Heed some advice from an official barista.....make those pumpkin lattes a treat only. They are oh so yummy....but deadly in calories. Get skim mild to help....and you can get less pumps of syrup.....still get the flavor and get rid of some of the sugar! It is soooo hard working there.....our beverages are free while we are on shift. The pumpkin spice is my second all time favorite..and I have not had one yet. Once I start.....look out! I am waiting for the holidays.....gingerbread latte.....YUMMMM! Take care, all
Donna.

LOL!

I haven't tried the pumpkin spice latte yet. My favorite is their Christmas peppermint one (I forget the exact name, but it's yummy!)

I will have to try that one. My favorite is a venti white chocolate iced mocha skim no whip. Then in the winter the peppermint mocha hot skim no whip. Thats my treat for the week. It kinda sucks now we have a Starbucks in our TARGET and one right across the street at Barnes & Nobles its always calling my name.

IMHO the best cup of coffee in the world, (this is coffee, you know black with no additives, no Latte, cappucino, frappacino, dunkacino, mocha or any of the other beverages they call "coffee") is Dunkin Donuts.

They even named a size after me... The Great One (LOL sometimes I kill myself!)

HaHa Dave!!! And, here I THOUGHT it was named after ME! ;-)

I was thinking about swinging by Starbucks this morning to try one of these, until I went on the website and looked up the nutritional information. Over 400 calories, YIKES! Even with skim milk and no whipped cream it was still around 200. I'll definitely have to save that for a treat. I'm sure it's wonderful though. Last year I tried the Eggnog Latte and it was WONDERFUL!!!

Adulterated, unadulterated...I just LOVE coffee! Found a quick and easy sub for this thing everyone's been talking about! Keep in mind, I haven't tried it...But MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

K...
1/2 cup STRONG black coffee
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk (or whatever milk you use)
a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
a tiny bit of nutmeg
a generous sprinkle of cinammon (spelling)
A bit of sweetener to taste (I use stevia)
Stir

Throw (ok, place...We don't want to spill!!) in the microwave for a couple of minutes...Stir again...Enjoy!

Less calories, less $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, better for you!!

By the way, adjust the coffee to your liking...This is the one I found didn't need to be thrown down the sink!
