Hi Candy!

No, there was no road trip. What Nancy is referring to is the VF'ers that came by the gym tonight for a visit. They were all attending a nearby roadtrip(Christy Taylor's)and decided to come by and say hello. Some will still be in town in the morning and are going to try to make tomorrow mornings class. See ya on the cam tomorrow

Yup..

Candy, they spent the week in Philly watching Christi Taylor film her new videos! They had a blast

...from early reports in.
Then a few took a swing by Cathes club to say howdy. They hope to take a class Friday morning if there is room...if not they will probably be watching it live....those little stinkers..hehehe

Hopefully the club has a slow day and the usually full class isn't as full and they can sneak in so we peek at them on the cam

OMG, the class was so much fun!

I can't believe Cathe didn't think it was intense enough. I was a little puddle on the floor by the time it was over!

I had such a good time during this last week, and it was so wonderful to be able to top off a great couple of days with Christi with an awesome class (and chat) with Cathe. Thank you so much for being so generous with your time, Cathe. I made it home by noon today.

BTW, Shirley teaches an awesome Body Pump class, too!
