Hey Cathe,
I'm a 14 year old girl who ahs been interested/involved in fitness and nutrition since I was 9. I have watched and done many of your workouts on Fit Tv, and even bought some of your DVDs. i have a six pack abs, and pretty big biceps for my age.I work out at Bally Total Fitness 6 days a week for about 3 hours, and I do Gymnastics, and work out 3 dya s a week for 4 hours. In my time inbetween, I focus on nutrition, and working out at the Gym and on Fit TV. I would probally say your my idol, and your shows are my favorite! Through all your workouts, you have helped my become stronger, look better, and feel better about myself along with everything else i do.

Wow, you sure are one active young woman. Being that you are an active gymnast, I don't doubt for one minute that you have an impressive 6 pack as well as big biceps. I imagine you are quite strong in many ways.

I love that you are so committed to your workouts but also want to stress the importance balancing hard workouts with both rest and lighter day workouts. Its the best way to keep in great shape yet avoid overtraining and potential injuries. Just some advice from a former gymnast who can so relate to your training schedule back in my day. Don't worry, you can still go at it hard but then remember to reward yourself with some downtime. It restores your energy and keeps you better balanced.

You were a gymnast? I wonder how many others are out there? As you can see from my name...shortsarah...I was a short gymnast also. Small world I guess. Tell us about your gymnastics experience.

Hi Sarah! I did gymnastics through my childhood and early teen years. Then I switched to track, and then by 16 became interested in teaching fitness classes. While a gymnast, I trained at Feigleys school of gymnastics. I loved the uneven bars and floor the most :7
