I was just wondering what sort of workout routine you have for your lower body? My body build is similar to yours, I don't look like you although you certainly give me goals to aspire to. I was just wondering what your routine is usually like for the legs as far as weights? Do you do one heavy weighted workout and one endurance or how do you usually work it?
 
Hi Mic! My leg routines vary so much (heavy/light....split/total leg.....30 minutes 60 minutes...etc.) This week I trained them a little heavier then usual and did an overall leg workout.
