What are some workouts for your belly thighs legs and but that will help you trim and firm fast?

Hi Sammie! I think you will really enjoy the Kick, Punch, & Crunch/ Legs and Glutes DVD (they are both on one DVD) as well as the Ab Hits DVD. There are others too but I think this will be a great start. Also, put on some good running shoes and walk briskly or do a light run for 20 minutes 2 times a week. Good Luck!
