Hi there! Hope your cardio shock rehearsals are going well! I can't wait to get them! Just a quick question, I'm sure you've been asked before. But would you be able to give me a rough run down of what your diet/foodstyle consists of? Just curious. Thanks a bunch!
 
Mostly healthy and clean but I definitely have my cheat foods too. I don't deny myself anything if I feel that I've earned it ;)

General foodstyle is:

5 to 6 small meals a day. Every meal has lean protein.

Lots of dark leafy greens and veggies.

Complex carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoe

Protein sources are chicken, fish, tuna, salmon, turkey, eggs, whey,

Cheats: Hot fudge brownie sundae with peanut butter sauce and mint chip ice cream...mmmmmm

thank you cathe! I figured it was around something like that, but just wanted to know what kind of meats and stuff! and thanks for the "cheats" stuff too! I don't deny myself either! lol thanks!

I have a question for you Cathe! What is one healthy thing (besides water) that you can't go a day without? Favorite healthy food? Just curious!
