ME! Well, almost.....Okay got to whine here...I have been sooo good for 6 weeks. I have let my whole workout area get dusty...only stopping by there to longingly look at my step, the barbell, and after last week, my new video. I have walked, watched my diet and am proud to say I have gained no weight during my postop time(go me!). But here it is: Doc says all is okay with that stuff....but I have pulled something in my BACK from a really big sneeze while twisting in some sort of crazy way. Yes, the sneeze caught me off guard the other day while setting the table(no, I am not kidding) and I felt a huge pulling sensation in my side. UGH!!! I used to be the most fit 39 year old around and now I hurt myself sneezing!! Oh well, I guess another week of no weights won't kill me, but is sure makes me want to cry...sniff, sniff.
