Needed to have more structure so I thought I would make up my own rotation. I am not good at sticking to rotations so I had to make up one that appealed to me. And of course, it had to suit my schedule.
Thought I would share in case anyone was interested:
Week 1 and 3
Mon- Pure Strength Back,Biceps & Abs/ KM/..P.M 30 mins run
Tues-Imax 2 + abs
Wed- PS Chest ,Shoulders,& Tri/ Circuit Max/ ..P.M 35 mins run + abs
Thur-Run (4-6 miles)
Fri- Butts and Gutts/ Cardio of choice or no cardio/.P.M 40 mins run
Sat- MM & CTX Bic, Tri & Shoul + long run (5-8 miles)
Sun- Off or Pilates
Week 2 and 4
Mon- GS Chest & Tri/ LM/.....P.M 30 mins run
Tues- # 2 Hardcore Extreme DVD + abs
Wed- GS Back,Shoul, & Bics/ C&W/....P.M 35 mins run
Thurs- Run (4-6 Miles) +abs
Fri- GS Legs / Cardio of Choice/ ....P.M 40 mins run
Sat- MM & CTX Bic,Tri & Shoul/ Long Run (5-8 Miles)
Sun- OFF
I am adding some extra running in the evening to zap the couple of baby pounds I have left to lose Plus, it will clear my head after spending all day with the baby! LOL
