Ok, guess what? Yup, I'm pregnant again. And I'm so excited I just had to tell someone right away. I wasn't going to tell anyone due to the roller coaster that I seem to be on, and didn't want to involve anyone else. But, Melanie said that's what you sweet ladies are here for. So, I'm back.
I have been really wondering over the last week. Because I have been very tired, no motivation to do anything. I still have been forcing myself to workout. But then when I do, I got dizzy doing IMAX 2. So I only got through the first 6 intervals. granted that was more than what I've previously been able to do, but I got dizzy that just didn't seem right. Plus I would get dizzy just sitting at my desk looking from the keyboard to the computer screen. Or when I would just turn fast. So, to me I already knew, but just needed to be reassured. DH told me he knew too, he laughes and says all he really has to do is sneeze and I get pregnant. Neither of us are sure if that's a good thing right now or not.
I have talked to DH about the thought of not working out through the first trimester. His thoughts and same with all my friends that do workout out is, you should keep going. Tone it down if you need to, but still workout. So, I am still going to do what I can when I can. I have a feeling that I will be getting very tired here again soon, and hopefully sick. I remember that kicking in at around 6 weeks.
Well, Anyway, I will let you all go. I just had to post, I'm so excited!
