I just purchased 6 more of Cathe's dvd's Ab Hits, all gym style series, butts and gutts, and total body stretching. I also have other of her dvds too I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with a rotation. I can't do Cathe's aroebic's because I can't keep up with her footing. to complicated. but i do have other aroebic dvd's. if anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Thanks Brenda

Under Video and DVD Rotations Forum there is a list of lots of different rotations depending on your goals using Cathe workouts. If none of those help you out, just post your goals here and I'm sure someone will help you put something together.

OK HERE I GO, I am 41 I want to lose wt. build muscle I am post menapausal. due to hysto. So building my bones is also essential. I have recently baugh new dvs of cathe's and I am looking for help with a rotation. I have went over the ones in the dvd rotations here but not sure which one come close to what i have. so I am going to name what I have and like to use, some are cathe's some are not. If anyone can help with a rotation I would be soooo happy!!!:^) So here they are....
