OK HERE I GO, I am 41 I want to lose wt. build muscle I am post menapausal. due to hysto. So building my bones is also essential. I have recently baugh new dvs of cathe's and I am looking for help with a rotation. I have went over the ones in the dvd rotations here but not sure which one come close to what i have. so I am going to name what I have and like to use, some are cathe's some are not. If anyone can help with a rotation I would be soooo happy!!!:^) So here they are....
