HELP !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I am in a panic ! I stupidly went over on my right ankle this morning while out on the school run - now my knee cap (yes and it is my dodgy knee :-rollen), my quads, hamstrings and my glutes hurt like crazy. What am I to do ? Shall I leave off the exercise for a couple of days until it starts to feel back to normal ? (Will it ever feel back to normal ?) I feel so angry with myself, I wasn't even walking quickly !???! Would it be a good idea to take some painkillers ? Ooooooooo, now the back of my ankle is throbbing !! HELP !!!!!!!!! ADVICE GRATEFULLY NEEDED !

Yes, rest for a few days. You can just sit and do the the upper body with weights if you don't want to do nothing.

Hey, you know what you could do with the money you save from the take-aways? You could attend a live Cathe workout at her Four Seasons studio in America.

You could be there in less than 2 years. If you can save and go, I'll come with you.

HHhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm. Maybe we should start a Cathe road trip from England (like Video Fitness)........

That's what we would have to do. I wonder how many would be interested. I know I am a good organiser and I could organise it at an affordable price, but would any one go?

I would love to go, but I would have to take into consideration my young children, and DH (who works quite funny hours) !

Bring them with you. Four Seasons has a creche and it's fun for the kids, but you would have to budget them in. So it might take 2 years instead of 1.5.

Heck, bring the hubby too.

Actually, he might like to try MIS or PH. I think they are great for men as well as women. There are a few male steppers out there on this forum. They don't post much, but you will come across them sooner or later.
