Can someone tell me where to find Cathes Bootcamp work out? And is it sold separetly? I looked through the DVD section and can't find it. Does it have a different name?

Hi Jennie,

It's on page 3 of the DVDs - it comes with Muscle Endurance. If you go to the Ask Cathe forum, there's a post about how excellent the premixes are on this DVD with these two workouts. I ordered mine as I have them both separately on VHS and I am wanting to change to DVDs and the premixes sounded awesome! Good luck!
