Help!

I have been jogging for the last few months getting up to 4 miles 6 days per week. Now I am having problems with knee pain. What can I do in place of the running to get the same results.
 
Don't give up on running just yet! You may need to replace your shoes. I always know my shoes are breaking down by how my shins and knees feel. You might benefit buying two pairs and alternating, particularly if you run every day. Or you might try alternating days of running with a no impact workout like spinning or walking or swimming.
