Okay guys I am going to be starting a rotation and it has yoga days in it I have p90x and p90x+ and denise austin yoga buns. I know we just did a thread on yoga but my questions are:
1: I want something for leaning out my legs I will be concentrating on building and defining the upper body but my leg muscles are just to thick for me from this rotation. So i want something for leaning out the legs and lift the buns but still a good workout burn.
2: I would like to be able to pick them up at the local stores because we are in a money crunch right now so I have the credit cards all put away.
3: I have not done much forms of yoga, pilates and all the other forms. I hear alot about Rodney Yee & Baron Baptiste so I need to get familiar with the style how do I go about that? I have Comcast but never looked into it yet.
