help with substitutions

Hi All,
I want to do the June 05 rotation but don't have CTX series and don't know what to sub them with.
On week 3 she lists the CTX Upper body but breaks them up. Like CTX Chest, Back, Biceps, and Triceps. What can I sub theses with? I thought of ME and just do each body part separately but I think that each body part is 10 min long on CTX so I don't know if ME will be right. I have GS series, PUB, MM, and S&H. Please help.

Just my opinion but for CTX I would sub either PUB upper or MM upper breaking them up as the rotation suggests....:)
 
I forget, is ME chaptered per body part? I know S&H is -I just did a 4 wk S&H rotation and had great results so I'm very excited about S&H right now.
 
I'm not sure if it's chaptered by body part but she does 2-3 exercises per part. I recently bought S&H and am looking foward to starting it- right now I'm doing GS series and have seen good results. Did you gain any definition?
