Hello all! I am new to Cathe, but am seeing more results now than I ever have. It is so encouraging! I was wondering if someone could help me figure out a rotation for the DVDs that I have. I have Imax2, Cardio& Weights, Kick Max, Core Max, Boot Camp, Muscle Endurance, and I also use David Kirsch's New York Body Plan. I am 25, not really looking to lose weight, but I want more tone. I REALLY don't want bulky muscles either. Also (sorry so long!) was wondering if someone could recommend any other new DVDs? I have heard great things about GS Legs but didn't want my legs to get bulky. THanks for your help!
