Help with rotation...

I'm trying to make a rotation to loose some weight and tone up using Cathe's workouts and some of the Firms. I was hoping you guys could let me know how it looks and suggest any changes if needed.

M-Power Hour
T-Cardio & Weights
W-Rhythmic Step
T-Firm: BBS2:Body Sculpt (total body)
F-Rhytmic Step + abs
S-PowerstrikeM2 (kickboxing)
S-Firm: Calorie Killer (short cardio) or rest

I have all of Cathe's tapes starting with Body Max (as the oldest one)except Slow and Heavy, and all of the Firm's BBS1 and BBS2.

I definately think you need at least one full day of rest each week. There are lots of rotations to choose form on the rotations forum on this board and also at www.fitnessvideofanatics.com [end of shameless plug].

I'm no rotation expert, but the one you have listed would exhaust me! Step really wears me out! I'll let someone else address that!

Hi Katia! I agree you need a rest day in there! From our online chats you probably already know that I dont have any FIRM stuff so I can only add a few things. You might be too sore from Power Hour to do C&W the next day. I think the weight work in C&W is a little tougher than what's in something like Circuit Max so C&W done as is may not be just a "cardio" day like some ppl consider CM to be.
